Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Purchases & Subscriptions
If Talklio offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, those are processed by Google Play under Google's terms. Refunds follow Google Play policies.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CapsTab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Talklio.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
